Warranty Policy

At The One Store, we offer a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects for eligible products sold through our store.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use during the warranty period.


1) Warranty period

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery of the product.


2) What this warranty covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal use or expected condition of the product, including:

  • material defects;
  • workmanship defects;
  • abnormal structural failure under normal use;
  • clear finishing defects caused during production.

3) What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or issues caused by anything other than a manufacturing defect, including:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • scratches, marks, dents, oxidation, fading, or cosmetic changes from regular use;
  • damage caused by impact, dropping, pressure, bending, crushing, or accidental breakage;
  • misuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper storage;
  • exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, salt water, pool water, harsh soaps, or other corrosive substances;
  • damage caused by unauthorised alterations, repairs, resizing, or modifications after delivery;
  • size issues, fit preference, or change-of-mind concerns;
  • intentional damage or abuse;
  • loss, theft, or disappearance of the product.

4) Personalised and engraved items

For personalised or engraved items, this warranty covers only manufacturing defects in the product itself.

This warranty does not cover dissatisfaction with the chosen engraving, custom text, symbols, names, dates, initials, or any personalisation details approved or submitted by the customer, unless the product was manufactured incorrectly from the information provided.


5) How to make a warranty claim

To request warranty assistance, please contact our support team and include:

  • your order number;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • clear photos or videos showing the defect;
  • any additional information we may reasonably request to assess the claim.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first and receiving further instructions.


6) Warranty assessment

All warranty claims are subject to review by The One Store.

We may request photos, videos, additional details, or, where necessary, the return of the item for inspection before approving the claim.

If the issue is found not to be a manufacturing defect, the claim may be denied.


7) Remedy under this warranty

If a valid warranty claim is approved, The One Store may, at its discretion:

  • replace the product with the same item;
  • replace the product with an equivalent item if the original is unavailable;
  • offer another appropriate solution, including store credit or refund, where appropriate.

The exact remedy will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and the circumstances of the claim.


8) Limitation of this warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly from The One Store.

This warranty is limited to the terms stated on this page and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the destination country.
